"I have been a vendor with FastSpring…"
I have been a vendor with FastSpring for more than 10 years and have received no complaints from my customers. FastSpring saved me when all the Software Resellers were aquired by Digital River and I had to close my accounts with them. Regarding the recent complaint raised by Kai, I also had the same problem initially. But then I found out that Hyperwallet is in fact better than PayPal. They directly send Sales Proceeds from FastSpring to your bank account in the currency you want. Moreover, they have an auto pay option even for daily sends which I have not tried out yet. All in all, FastSpring has been my trusted reseller for software for more than 10 years!

Great service, I referred a client of mine to them them several months back based on the reviews that I saw and the particular niche he was in and he couldn't be happier with the service
